Practical Breakfast Recipes: Mushroom Omelet

Material:
3 eggs
100 grams of oyster mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp salt
How to make:
Wash the oyster mushrooms with a little salt and squeeze gently.
Suwir-shredded and set aside.
Beat the eggs together with the other ingredients until frothy and enter fungus.
Heat the oil and fry the eggs until browned.
Serve hot with rice egg as a menu favorite of all families. If you like you can also dipped eggs with tomato sauce or condiment to add flavor.
